- Partner with GTM leadership to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans across all levels and functions.
- Source, engage, and recruit top-tier GTM talent using creative sourcing, executive search, and talent pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer negotiation, ensuring excellent candidate experience and efficient time-to-fill.
- Serve as advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, role positioning, and competitive insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles.
- Proven track record recruiting across all GTM levels from SDRs to Sales and Marketing Leadership.
- Strong knowledge of GTM market dynamics, compensation structures, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders and improve processes.
