About the role
- Ensure timely, accurate case completion in alignment with SLAs and internal quality standards
- Coordinate and schedule calls, consultations, interviews
- Deliver outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management
- Ensure and maintain compliance in assigned country with immigration laws, regulations, operational rules, and RACI
- Contribute to mobility product planning and scoping
- Participate in initial levels of mobility interviews
- Manage daily EOR tasks including right-to-work assessments and submitting immigration applications to local authorities
- Liaise with local providers and government authorities to resolve complex immigration matters
- Provide support to EORs and clients for mobility-related questions through all communication channels
- Manage entire mobility lifecycle for non-nationals including work authorization checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure quality of mobility operations in assigned countries
- Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive mobility experience
- At least 2-3 years as an Immigration Consultant or similar role
- Knowledge of relevant immigration laws, regulations, and operational rules
- Experience ensuring and maintaining compliance in assigned country
- Experience managing EOR-related tasks (assessing right-to-work, submitting immigration applications)
- Experience with visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for non-nationals
- Experience liaising with local providers and government authorities
- Experience in client-facing case management and delivering outstanding client service
- Ability to coordinate and schedule calls, consultations, interviews
- English fluency (speak, read, and write) as part of application requirements
