About the role
- Serve as trusted advisor and Enablon subject matter expert to assigned accounts to drive adoption and retention
- Provide technical acumen, product and domain best practices, and strategic guidance to customers
- Design, develop, and implement strategic account plans to achieve customer satisfaction and account growth
- Coordinate resources and activities to mitigate customer issues and act as first line of defense to prevent account deterioration
- Engage with Customer Support and Product Management as the customer advocate for issue resolution and product roadmap discussions
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Enablon Platform and act as domain/product SME
- Deliver and exceed performance targets and partner with Executive Account Managers (EAM) and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in EHS&Q highly recommended
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of experience in an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)-related function (oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, etc.) required
- Exposure to and understanding of EHS terminology
- Ability and confidence to communicate at all levels of an organisation including executive-level
- Customer-centric, assertive, self-starter
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Enablon software (ORM or EHS) highly preferred
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically and executing tactically in a matrixed environment
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel 10%-20% (primarily domestic, some international)
