About the role

  • Serve as in-house HR expert for assigned region, handling complex people-related matters related to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel.
  • Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
  • Provide high level support to EOR employees as first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support: generate reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
  • Provide high-touch local experience where required and help product and operations teams create scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume (500+ employees) and fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of local labor law.
  • HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset.
  • International HR experience is a competitive advantage.
  • Experience working in start-up environments is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
  • Data-driven mindset: challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus.
