About the role
- Provide hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle for EOR employees
- Be the in-house HR expert for the assigned region and handle complex people-related matters
- Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits, offboarding
- Act as first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide high-level support to EOR employees
- Provide administrative support: generate reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
- Deliver high-touch local experience when required and help product and operations teams create scalable HR systems
- Work closely with global teams to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume (500+ employees) and fast paced environment
- Fluency in English and Dutch languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law
- HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset
- International HR experience is a competitive advantage
- Experience working in start-up environments is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
- Data driven: challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
