About the role

  • Responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with all segments of clients
  • Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business
  • Expand existing accounts and reinforce Deel’s commitment to meeting client needs
  • Grow and own a targeted account list
  • Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
  • Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects
  • Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data

Requirements

  • Geographically based in (role’s specific region) (UK)
  • 3+ years sales experience in a quota carrying sales role
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos
  • Experience executing across the full sales cycle
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Authorization to work in the country of residence
