About the role

  • Join Revenue Operations team as Sales Operations Coordinator/Analyst reporting to the Sales Operations Manager
  • Provide cross-functional coordination, deal desk support, and operational enablement to help reach revenue goals
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, documentation readiness, and smooth progression and closure of deals
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data accuracy and support Account Executives with data completion and opportunity updates
  • Oversee deal closure in Salesforce ensuring documentation and approvals are in place
  • Act as central liaison between Sales, Due Diligence, Legal, Product, and Customer Operations
  • Review and issue supporting documentation including contracts, side letters, and warranty letters
  • Deliver training across sales operations processes and tools and educate Sales on onboarding process
  • Support strategic planning, sales forecasting, pricing reviews, contract support, and develop dashboards and reports
  • Respond to ad hoc Salesforce administrative requests including updates to Opportunity and Account ownership

Requirements

  • Some experience in, or supporting Sales Operations and/or Deal Desk
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence tools
  • A good understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Excellent project management skills and a deadline focused approach
  • Passionate and curious about sales effectiveness and operations
  • Data-driven with strong critical thinking and ability to derive enablement insights from complex sales data
  • Technologically-savvy with a growth mindset
  • Collaborative with ability to manage and actively engage key stakeholders across the revenue team and the business
  • Right to work in the UK; employer cannot sponsor visas at this time
