Communications

• Supporting the delivery of ClearBank's communications and PR programme across the UK and Europe
• Acting as a day-to-day lead across communications activity, ensuring projects, approvals and deadlines remain on track
• Working closely with external PR agencies, briefing activity, coordinating outputs and ensuring work aligns to business priorities
• Drafting and delivering a range of communications materials including press releases, media comments, briefing notes, Q&As, talking points and campaign content

• Champion pragmatic governance that enables progress while meeting regulatory and risk expectations.
• Influence engineering practices across teams and help build a coherent AI enablement approach across the bank.

• Provide domain leadership and technical challenge, supporting informed decisions on build, buy, and partner options as the capability matures.
• Provide senior oversight of an existing UK Payments engineering teams, ensuring delivery remains on track as the products evolve and new products are introduced.
• Ensure strong engineering fundamentals, including resilience, scalability, security, and operational readiness, appropriate for a regulated bank.
