About the role
- As Value Marketing Associate, report to Head of Value & Promotions Marketing for UK & Ireland; execute promotional strategy and key projects
- Implement and execute UKI Marketing Promotional Calendar and CRM calendar
- Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis; identify improvement areas and experiments
- Keep on top of competitor trends to strengthen plans
- Work cross-functionally and champion the consumer voice to deliver consumer-led value

Requirements
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in Marketing role
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical & commercial mindset; comfortable interpreting data and using tools like Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
- Self-starter attitude; ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed organisation
- Proven track record in delivering results quickly and efficiently
