Support the legal team by assisting in contract reviews, employment law compliance, and corporate legal matters
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment and commercial agreements
Provide preliminary legal analysis and recommendations under the supervision of senior counsel
Research and analyze local labor laws and regulatory updates
Support internal compliance efforts, including documentation and training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Compliance) to provide timely legal assistance and guidance on agreements, policies, and employment matters
Requirements
2–4 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house) with a focus on employment law
Preference for a US-barred attorney
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
