About the role
- Trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems within a compact geographical area
- Utilise Marlowe's in-house training academy and dedicate training days
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits
- Work across various client sites including residential and commercial properties
Requirements
- Entry-level role — no experience necessary
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Working in the service industry, broadband, or electrical services advantageous but not necessary
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to perform well individually and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Full driving licence - mandatory
