About the role
- Trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems within a compact geographical area
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service on site visits
- Use company van and equipment to attend client sites across local area
- Participate in dedicated training days and in-house academy programmes
- Work as part of a team and independently to maintain client safety and compliance
- Opportunity to develop towards fully qualified Fire & Security Engineer
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; entry-level role
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop within the organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to perform well individually and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Full driving licence (mandatory)
- Working in service industry, broadband, or electrical services advantageous
