About the role
- Be trained and developed via Marlowe's in-house Training Academy to service fire and security systems
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Service a wide variety of fire and security systems located within a compact geographical area
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits
- Use company-provided van, fuel card, tablet and mobile phone while on-site
- Attend dedicated training days and progress toward fully qualified engineer status
Requirements
- Entry-level role – no prior experience necessary
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Working in the service industry, broadband, or electrical services advantageous
- Willingness to learn and develop within the organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to perform well individually and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Full driving licence – mandatory
- Right to work in the UK (Marlowe Fire & Security Group do not offer right to work sponsorship)
- Willingness/ability to travel to customer sites within a compact geographical area
