About the role
- Train via Marlowe's in-house Training Academy to service fire and security systems
- Service and maintain a wide variety of fire and security systems within a compact geographical area
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service during site visits
- Operate across various locations throughout the UK, working with residential and commercial customers
- Use company van, tablet and mobile while performing duties
Requirements
- Entry-level role — no prior experience necessary
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to perform well individually and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Experience in service industry, broadband, or electrical services advantageous but not required
- Full driving licence - mandatory
