About the role
- Trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems within a compact geographical area
- Utilise Marlowe's Training Academy and attend dedicated training days
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service on site visits
- Travel to client sites across the UK using company vehicle
Requirements
- Entry-level role: no prior experience necessary
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Full driving licence - mandatory
- Working in the service industry, broadband, or electrical services industry advantageous but not necessary
