About the role

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, customer success, and marketing to drive customer-centric go-to-market strategies
  • Own customer insights, advisory boards, and scale HR, IT, and Payroll Advisory Boards end-to-end
  • Launch and facilitate monthly advisory board sessions to surface insights, strengthen advocacy, and deepen executive relationships
  • Translate board feedback into recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives, and close the loop with stakeholders
  • Design and run community programs, campaigns, and experiences to leverage advocates and power users for launches; operationalize playbook to amplify launches
  • Lead customer storytelling: conduct interviews, produce case studies, and partner with Field Marketing and PR to amplify customer voices
  • Run audience research and market studies; instrument VoC pipelines and build automated dashboards/alerts for live stakeholder insight
  • Create, refresh, and govern personas and ICPs to provide an authoritative playbook for GTM teams
  • Serve as on-call customer voice advising teams with fast, data-backed guidance on audience, message, and motion

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing management sales-led growth or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on doer with a strong bias for action
  • Customer-obsessed; eager to join customer calls and uncover deep insights into behaviors, motivations, and pain points
  • Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms
  • Strong analytical and creative skills; able to distill quantitative and qualitative data into compelling, insight-driven narratives
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller with experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders through clear, customer-informed positioning and content
  • Experience running audience research, VoC pipelines, and building dashboards/alerts
  • Ownership and governance experience for personas and ICPs
  • Authorization to work in the country of residence (work authorization/visa status requested in application)
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application asks for English fluency)
