Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, customer success, and marketing teams to drive customer-centric go-to-market strategies
Own customer insights, launch campaigns that amplify customer voices, and manage org-wide programs to extract actionable insights
Build Deel’s global community engine from the ground up and design programs, campaigns, and experiences to fuel launches
Be the owner of Advisory Boards; scale HR, IT, and Payroll Advisory Boards end-to-end and run monthly sessions
Translate board feedback into recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives, and close the loop with stakeholders
Operationalize community playbooks to turn advocate energy into earned reach during product announcements
Own customer storytelling: lead interviews, ship case studies, and collaborate with PR and Field Marketing
Lead audience research: run studies, instrument VoC pipelines, and build automated dashboards/alerts for live insight
Own creation, refresh, and governance of personas and ICPs so GTM teams operate from one authoritative playbook
Serve as the on-call customer voice advising teams with fast, data-backed guidance on audience, message, and motion
Requirements
4+ years of experience in product marketing management, sales-led growth, or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment
Strategic thinker and hands-on doer with a strong bias for action
Customer-obsessed; eager to join customer calls and uncover deep insights into behaviors, motivations, and pain points
Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms
Strong analytical and creative skills; able to distill quantitative and qualitative data into compelling, insight-driven narratives
Excellent communicator and storyteller with experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders
Experience running audience research, consumer and market studies, and instrumenting VoC pipelines and dashboards
Experience owning, refreshing, and governing personas and ICPs
English fluency: able to speak, read, and write English fluently
