About the role
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets
- Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption
- Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS focusing on compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights
- Design multi-channel campaigns with Marketing and Growth teams; measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI
- Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) and train sales teams on product features and differentiation
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning
- Track market trends and provide actionable insights to Product team
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategies and advocate for customer needs
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech
- Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements (a plus)
- Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution
- Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
