About the role

  • Lead our Talent Acquisition team worldwide, ensuring excellence from start to finish
  • Bring passion for hiring across engineering, go-to-market, operational and executive roles, understanding the unique requirements of each and an ability to secure top talent
  • Coach and manage our globally distributed team of experienced sourcers and recruiters, ensuring we have the right operating model in place
  • Evolve and enhance our recruitment strategy, processes and plans, ensuring they match our goals to hire the best talent in the places we need them, in a way that is fair and efficient
  • Partner with finance, HR and leadership on workforce planning and headcount prioritization
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company, acting as a trusted advisor who can offer strategic insights and challenges when needed
  • Create and use dashboards to track key recruiting metrics, helping us make smart, data-backed decisions
  • Serve as a hands-on leader, jumping in to recruit or source yourself, leading by example and directly helping us find great talent
  • Champion candidate experience, ensuring each candidate has a fantastic experience that truly reflects our company's mission and values
  • Work closely with hiring managers to improve their hiring skills, provide market insights, and guide them through our structured hiring process

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hiring top talent across global engineering, go-to-market, operational and executive roles, with a strong emphasis on technical roles
  • A business-savvy mindset, quickly understanding company strategy and goals and translating them into actionable and effective hiring plans
  • Experience in building and managing established, high-performing and collaborative global teams, including setting goals, providing feedback, and creating an environment where your team can continuously learn and grow
  • Deep knowledge of the ins and outs of recruitment best practices across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for both engineering and go-to-market organizations and the ability to build and implement effective hiring strategies
  • A bias for action and the ability to drive consensus across a number of stakeholder teams within rapidly-changing environments
  • Built strong relationships with senior executives and hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner and thought advisor as they build their organizations
  • The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done, while remaining a collaborative team player
  • Partnered closely with finance and HR to drive headcount planning and strategy
  • A keen analytical mindset, with experience using data and metrics to spot trends, evaluate strategies, and make decisions that drive results
  • Experience rolling out recruitment best practices and standard operating procedures within acquired companies (Nice to have)
