About the role
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with largest global and key regional partners
- Bring campaigns to life and align with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, alliances)
- Build deep partner relationships to showcase Conga’s solutions
- Drive joint brand presence, demand generation, and thought leadership with partners
- Scale demand and deliver measurable ROI from awareness to pipeline to closed deals
- Create campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that expand market reach and fuel revenue growth
- Act as a connector between Conga and partners’ ecosystems to enable partner sales and revenue
Requirements
- 5–7 years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/software
- 5–7 years of overall marketing experience with proven campaign execution
- Deep understanding of partner channel models and GTM strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft compelling positioning and content
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Wrike, Crossbeam
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent program/project management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to capture insights and optimize strategies
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, shifting environment
- Track record of building brand presence and driving customer value through partnerships
- Comfortable working with senior and C-level executives across global organizations
- Creative problem-solver with a high-energy, self-starter attitude
