DevOps Engineer

• Establish and employ Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) patterns for successful software solutions
• Design solutions that meet security and operational standards across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud
• Author and administer IAM constructs to enforce least-privilege access and strengthen security compliance
• Implement observability and centralized logging stacks to support monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident response
• Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines to resolve build/release issues and standardize delivery workflows
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes Helm charts and manage Kubernetes and Helm version upgrades across diverse environments
• Deploy and administer Rancher for Kubernetes cluster management, including RBAC configuration and cluster standardization
• Design and implement cloud cost optimization strategies, including cost analysis, allocation, rightsizing, autoscaling, and scheduling optimization
• Implement and automate Infrastructure-as-Code-driven provisioning and deployments using Terraform
• Report to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering

Staff Software Engineer, DevOps

• Serve as a technical leader for DevOps initiatives across engineering teams
• Define architectural standards and best practices for infrastructure, deployment automation, and operational excellence
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve scalability, resiliency, and platform performance
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers across the organization
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines

• Design and support enterprise-grade containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes
• Define deployment patterns and operational standards for Kubernetes-based workloads
• Lead initiatives focused on orchestration, scalability, observability, and platform automation
• Drive adoption of cloud-native development and deployment practices
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Build automated solutions for provisioning, configuration management, compliance, and operational support
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response capabilities across cloud environments
• Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and reliability-focused engineering practices
• Partner with Security teams to implement cloud security best practices and compliance requirements
• Design solutions supporting encryption, identity management, access controls, and network security
• Lead efforts to strengthen platform resilience through disaster recovery and fault-tolerant architectures
• Ensure infrastructure solutions align with security and governance standards
