About the role

  • Own strategy, creation, and execution of scalable partner marketing campaigns to drive awareness, enablement, and co-sell activation
  • Translate partner narrative into high-impact, repeatable marketing programs
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Partner Experience Manager and Partner Managers to activate campaigns that generate pipeline and deepen engagement
  • Build "campaigns-in-a-box" and localize assets for regions and partner types
  • Produce campaign assets (landing pages, social kits, email templates, event toolkits, promotional content) and ensure brand alignment
  • Manage campaign calendars, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end delivery
  • Work with Marketing Ops to measure ROI, track performance, and optimize campaigns
  • Partner with Content, Comms, Regional Marketing, Events, Product Marketing and Enablement to integrate campaigns into GTM initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs and build feedback loops to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Design and execute repeatable partner marketing campaigns (co-branded plays, ABM, demand-gen)
  • Build "campaigns-in-a-box" that can be localized and deployed across regions and partner types
  • Manage campaign calendars, stakeholder alignment, and delivery end-to-end
  • Develop and produce campaign assets: landing pages, social kits, email templates, event toolkits, promotional content
  • Localize and adapt assets for priority geographies and partner segments
  • Ensure materials align with Deel’s partner brand standards and value propositions
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers, Senior Partner Experience Manager, Regional Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, and Enablement
  • Work with Marketing Ops to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize
  • Use data to identify/prioritize campaign opportunities aligned to GTM plays and partner segmentation
  • Define and track campaign KPIs: activation rate, partner engagement, influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, content performance
  • Build feedback loops with Partner Managers and partners to iterate on playbooks
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must enter country of legal work residence and confirm work authorization status
