About the role

  • Directly manage the ASEAN SMB Sales team and develop/execute GTM strategy for the ASEAN region
  • Lead, manage, coach and mentor a team of SMB Account Executives & Account Managers in ASEAN
  • Attract, hire, and retain high performing talent
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity and forecasts and adapt to changing conditions
  • Assist the team throughout their sales cycle for different product and service offerings
  • Create a cohesive cross-functional environment supporting functions in region
  • Develop an internal and external candidate pipeline

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years proven sales management experience across the ASEAN region
  • Experience leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in SMB
  • Ability to lead from the front and be hands-on to get deals across the line
  • Strong sales operational skills - SFDC reporting, forecasting and data analysis
  • Excellent structured communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application form requirement)
