About the role
- Lead end-to-end management of client-facing projects across Professional Services
- Scope, plan and manage implementations, facilitating discovery and requirements workshops
- Define and document project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Manage multiple concurrent work streams across payroll and HR software or service implementations
- Track progress, budgets, milestones and project profitability
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams and ensure client sign-off on key deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery
- Produce high-quality documentation and remain calm under pressure
- Identify and proactively manage risks and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals
- Support budget planning and monitor project profitability
- Stay up to date with project management best practices and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
- 5+ years of experience managing technology-related projects
- Experience in Payroll and HR software delivery is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Office365)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
- Understand and uphold information security responsibilities
- Authorization to work in the country of residence (see application form)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
