About the role

  • Administer and support Salesforce, ensuring system reliability, user access management, and ongoing improvements
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other GTM applications
  • Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, validation rules; opportunities to work on Apex triggers and scheduled jobs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues as second-level support before escalating to senior administrators or developers
  • Execute and oversee data management tasks: data imports, exports, deduplication, and enrichment ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize CRM workflows and system efficiencies
  • Assist in system audits, security reviews, and compliance checks to maintain data integrity and user access control
  • Document best practices, system configurations, and integration processes for the team
  • Participate in Salesforce enhancement projects: gather business requirements and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, support, or system management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, and permissions
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules); exposure to Apex and API integrations
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other sales/customer success tools
  • Experience managing Salesforce data including importing/exporting, deduplication, enrichment, and validation
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to system improvements
  • Eagerness to develop advanced Salesforce skills including Apex, SOQL, API integrations, and declarative development
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset; ability to take initiative and contribute to the team
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Authorization to work in the country of residence (work authorization is required via application form)
