About the role

  • Administer and support Salesforce, ensuring system reliability and user access management
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other GTM applications
  • Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules; work on Apex triggers and scheduled jobs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues as second-level support before escalation
  • Execute and oversee data management tasks: imports, exports, deduplication, enrichment, ensuring data accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize CRM workflows and system efficiencies
  • Assist in system audits, security reviews, and compliance checks to maintain data integrity and access control
  • Document best practices, system configurations, and integration processes
  • Participate in Salesforce enhancement projects: gather business requirements and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, support, or system management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, permissions)
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
  • Exposure to Apex, SOQL, API integrations and scheduled jobs
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other GTM tools
  • Experience managing Salesforce data including importing/exporting, deduplication, validation, and enrichment
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach
  • Eagerness to develop advanced Salesforce skills (Apex, SOQL, API integrations, declarative development)
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with initiative
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Work authorization details requested in application (country of residence and visa/sponsorship status)
