About the role

Lead the analysis and reverse engineering of the current legacy financial application to understand system architecture, data models, and workflows
Define the technical strategy and architecture for recreating the application within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Design high-level and detailed technical solutions, including data migration, integration, security, and customization strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams
Develop and review complex Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce, and integrations
Ensure the technical integrity, performance, and security of the delivered solution
Oversee deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Document technical architecture, processes, and migration strategies
Support change management and user adoption initiatives with technical expertise

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on solutions architecture and development
Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Advanced or Architect certifications preferred
Extensive experience in reverse engineering legacy financial systems and building robust Salesforce solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration frameworks
Proven track record of designing scalable and secure architectures for complex enterprise applications
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently, guiding technical teams and influencing project outcomes
Preferred Skills: Experience with Financial Services Cloud and financial data compliance
Expertise in API design, middleware, ETL, and other integration technologies
Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
