About the role
- Own the end to end architecture of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems
- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align systems with business objectives
- Lead the integration and optimization of tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeanData, CPQ platforms, and DocuSign
- Ensure secure and reliable Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and manage middleware as needed
- Build automation and scripting solutions to improve performance and reduce manual work
- Evaluate and improve system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Manage third-party vendors and consultants supporting implementation and ongoing system administration
- Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem developments and proactively recommend
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- 5 – 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Financial services industry experience is highly desirable
- Prior experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with cloud-based integrations
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, applying Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, etc.) and experience with middleware solutions
- Skilled in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation
- Ability to own the GTM systems roadmap and architecture, including Salesforce and integrated tools across RevOps and Customer Success
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate architecture and optimize performance
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product) to align systems with strategic goals
- Demonstrated success in leading integration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and related tools
- Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants to support implementation and ongoing administration
- Travel up to 10% to company offices
