About the role

  • Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, enabling companies to pay and manage global talent
  • Summary: The Account Executive, MM, drives sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market clients
  • Grow and own a targeted account list and develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
  • Manage the customer buying journey end-to-end, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets and continuously develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and Satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish and English, capable of effectively conveying ideas and engaging with clients
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
