About the role

  • Sell Deel IT device and home-office equipment procurement, deployment, repair and recovery solutions to SMB customers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on net new logo acquisition
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in partnership with BDRs
  • Navigate and negotiate complex commercial deals to closure
  • Communicate and present the Deel IT value proposition effectively to win customer trust
  • Accurately forecast sales, identify pipeline gaps, and proactively drive results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global remote organization

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories)
  • Experience selling to SMB (Up to 200 employees) sized customers and success as a net new logo hunter
  • Proven track record closing B2B software-led product deals as an individual contributor
  • Ability to own and execute the complete sales cycle and negotiate complex commercial deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience building pipelines and partnering with BDRs
  • Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience collaborating with teams across a growing company
  • Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
