About the role
- Sell Deel IT device and home-office equipment procurement, deployment, repair and recovery solutions to SMB customers
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on net new logo acquisition
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in partnership with BDRs
- Navigate and negotiate complex commercial deals to closure
- Communicate and present the Deel IT value proposition effectively to win customer trust
- Accurately forecast sales, identify pipeline gaps, and proactively drive results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global remote organization
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories)
- Experience selling to SMB (Up to 200 employees) sized customers and success as a net new logo hunter
- Proven track record closing B2B software-led product deals as an individual contributor
- Ability to own and execute the complete sales cycle and negotiate complex commercial deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience building pipelines and partnering with BDRs
- Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience collaborating with teams across a growing company
- Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
