About the role

  • Own and manage the full intake pipeline for analytics/reporting requests
  • Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming requests to appropriate team members
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete requirement gathering
  • Facilitate Agile team cadences: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and prioritization meetings
  • Lead and support a team of Analysts
  • Communicate delivery status, expectations, and timelines to stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, leaders, and technical teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data management, or reporting in a data-driven environment
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role managing technical teams
  • Strong experience with analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Data Warehousing)
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
