About the role
- Coordinate onboarding tasks for new teachers
- Assist with instructional readiness
- Provide coverage when needed for special education teachers
- Record and track new teacher assignments
- Ensure teachers are fully set up in the email system and have access to all instructional platforms
- Collaborate with Certified Support Staff to promote student achievement
- Support preparation for monthly audits and assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Special Education Certification required
- Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings, professional development, and in-person testing
- Ability to pass a required background check.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a professional home office environment.
