About the role
- Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
- Document information in multiple platforms and maintain accurate records using two monitors
- Operate in a high-volume remote call center production environment
- Participate in comprehensive onsite/virtual training and job shadowing with an assigned mentor
- Use company-provided equipment (computer, monitor, virtual phone) to perform daily duties
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
- Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status
- Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
- Availability to work Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm PST
- Must be able to comply with post-offer health screenings and vaccination requirements where applicable
