• Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Provide medical record status to callers
• Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Work in a high-volume production environment
• Complete comprehensive onsite/virtual training and job shadowing with an assigned mentor
• Use company-provided equipment (computer, monitor, virtual phone, etc.)
• Report to Toni Burnette (Position Reports To metadata)
