About the role
- Join Customer Service operations team at Burnsville, MN location
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer experience to promote repeat business
- Use Outlook and internal systems to manage customer interactions
- Listen, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
- Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced call center environment
- Support holiday rush including additional Saturday shifts
- Work standard hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; schedules available part-time or full-time
Requirements
- Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years’ customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong listening skills, problem solving skills, and self-motivated
- Good typing and speaking skills
- Inbound Call Center experience
- Familiar with Outlook
- Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
- Ability to provide customer experience that promotes repeat business
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
- Must be available for some Saturday shifts after Thanksgiving through Christmas (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST)
- Must live within a commutable distance of the Burnsville, MN office
