Work closely with Team leader and operations manager to manage property sales transactions from accepted offer to closing
Bookkeeping and tracking budgets daily and weekly
Transaction management tasks: scheduling, requesting documents, updating transaction spreadsheet, assisting clients with applications, ensuring listing accuracy, creating Docusign templates
Client feedback reporting: daily email tracking and reporting inquiries & showings, obtaining showing feedback, summarizing activity and progress with Michael via Skype
Full-time 9 AM-6 PM EST; primarily on Skype with Team Leader or Head of Operations
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a VA preferred
Real Estate industry experience is a plus
English fluency, clarity of voice, and English spelling and grammar
Comfortable summarizing key information from feedback reports
Comfortable with Excel and tracking software
Strong comfort with math and attention to detail
Positive, proactive, self-motivated
Comfortable learning apps and software
Experience with Google Suite, Followupboss.com, Compass tools, Docusign
