About the role
- Own execution of account operations (managing lifestyle discount partners and life insurance partners)
- Plan and spearhead ad hoc and quarterly wellness webinars for members
- Supervise Membership Assistants; ensure accurate and timely printing/distribution of cards
- Track inventory and supply management; prevent stock outs and fulfillment delays
- Design, document, and improve workflows for AM Ops (partner coordination, event logistics, inventory)
- Maintain dashboards on card distribution, webinar attendance, and partner utilization; provide weekly reports to AM Leads
- Serve as point person between AMs, Membership Assistants, vendors, and internal functions (Marketing, Finance, Product)
Requirements
- 1–2 years in operations, project management, or client services preferred
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Communications, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and dashboards for reporting
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and proactive in suggesting improvements
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
- Collaborative team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
