• Join Customer Service operations team at Burnsville, MN location
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer experience to promote repeat business
• Use Outlook and internal systems to manage customer interactions
• Listen, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
• Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced call center environment
• Support holiday rush including additional Saturday shifts
• Work standard hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; schedules available part-time or full-time
