- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
- Work scheduled shifts (currently hiring for 10am – 6pm Wednesday-Sunday) in retail settings such as Costco or Home Depot
Requirements
- No experience required
- Prior experience is a plus but training provided
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends (10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrive in human interaction
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
