Study and understand our client’s current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.
Study and understand our client’s desired Billing and Revenue functionality for the new solution.
Act as our client’s BRIM subject matter expert and represent our client in meetings and workshops and work with the SI team to ensure our client’s needs are met.
Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to our client’s leadership with enough details for leadership to decide how to proceed.
Review SI’s documentation on behalf of our client and advise our client’s IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation.
Assist with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
Participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.
Provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives and collaborate with other SME consultants.
Requirements
More than 7 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes.
More than 5 years of experience in SAP FI-CA & Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing.
More than 3 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape.
Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
Certifications / Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems (Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted).
Additional beneficial skills include ServiceNow experience in PPM and ITSM modules; Enterprise Business Solutions (specifically SAP projects); ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
