About the role
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by driving demand for SAP’s BTM solutions (Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, and related services).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from qualification to close, ensuring strong handoffs to delivery teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level leaders by connecting business challenges to transformation strategies, change management, and SAP solution adoption.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions that go beyond software, positioning Argano and SAP as partners in enterprise transformation.
- Partner with pre-sales, consulting, and change management experts to co-develop compelling value propositions.
- Position BTM as a framework for achieving sustainable, measurable outcomes that span finance, supply chain, operations, and customer experience.
- Position SAP BTM offerings as enablers of transformation by integrating process analysis (Signavio), enterprise architecture (LeanIX), and user adoption/change (WalkMe).
- Tie solutions to business outcomes such as improved efficiency, faster adoption, risk reduction, and cultural alignment.
- Stay current on digital transformation, business process optimization, and change management best practices.
- Bring forward relevant insights to position Argano as a transformation leader, not just a technology implementer.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of field sales or business consulting experience, ideally in enterprise software, digital transformation, or change management services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or project goals with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to sell or deliver consulting engagements, including organizational change programs, process redesign, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and leading strategic, consultative discussions.
- Prior exposure to SAP ecosystem solutions (Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe) strongly preferred.
- Skilled in consultative and value-based selling, connecting business strategy to technology-enabled change.
- Ability to conduct executive discovery sessions that surface transformation needs beyond technology.
- Comfort leading conversations about organizational change, user adoption, and cultural readiness.
- Understanding of business process management, enterprise architecture, and organizational change frameworks.
- Experience selling or delivering services tied to change management, transformation roadmaps, or adoption programs.
