Account Manager

• Support the development and execution of customer account strategies aligned with business metrics (client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, profitability)

Business Development Director

Sales

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead sales across the Western Region of the United States, focusing on IDNs and Acute-level partnerships.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives to exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Regularly review and refine sales strategies, territory coverage, and budget planning to ensure alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives; foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
• Partner with sales representatives to develop territory business plans focused on Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) relationships and leverage Salesforce.com to track target accounts.
• Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline through proactive opportunity management and ensure activities are tracked in Salesforce.com.
• Continuously monitor sales activity, team strategy, and performance metrics; deliver regular performance reports to the Executive Team with strategic recommendations.
• Champion customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term IDN partnerships; serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and high-value deals.

Senior Sales Director

Manager

Lead and support a team of 15 Field Service Technicians across 25 hospital sites.
Coordinate installations, service schedules, and inventory with Plant Managers and Delivery Drivers.
Train hospital staff and internal teams on product use, safety, and compliance.
Conduct audits, monitor service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with hospital personnel and attend facility meetings.
Hire, train, and manage service staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety training.
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Sales and Regional Operations to support account growth and retention.

Field Service Manager

• Lead expansion in acute care space and manage existing customer portfolio
• Build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive strategic account development and collaborate on contract negotiations
• Present products and services to stakeholders and prepare tailored proposals
• Travel within territory and use Salesforce for customer outreach
• Support upselling and portfolio growth; track performance with Account Manager

Software Engineer

-Develop and maintain AL-based customizations and extensions in Business Central (v23+)
-Write clean, event-driven code to support internal operational processes across finance, inventory, production, and logistics
-Design and implement robust integrations using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
-Manage upgrades and extensions using VS Code, Docker, Git, and Azure DevOps
-Create and maintain custom APIs, reports, and outputs as needed
-Implement automated tests and support release pipelines
-Troubleshoot and debug AL code and integrations; resolve issues with minimal supervision
-Maintain technical documentation and support internal knowledge sharing

Business Central Developer

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and support internal databases (SQL, NoSQL, Databricks) and internal application built on Windows technologies.
• Work closely with the team to maintain existing applications and support end users
• Requirement gathering from business units, including engineering and sales, as well as interaction with customers, when necessary, to fully understand solution needs.
• Be comfortable interacting with third party vendors to integrate business systems or to assist in development of applications
• Assist with researching, testing, and deployment of reporting-based projects.
• Follow a strong and reliable software development life cycle process (code changes, testing, deployment)
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of your work and planned changes
• Work with Business Analyst to understand business needs, research solution options, and recommend tech solutions to management.

Windows Software Developer

Supply Chain

• Manage and oversee the development and training of the Supply Chain team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
• Maintain good working relationships with all internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory projections
• Work with the Sales team to include sales pipeline forecasts in inventory projections
• Identify shortages in future inventory and place orders to maintain minimum inventory par levels
• Develop and implement systems, process improvements, and strategies to improve overall operations and supply chain management
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to streamline processes
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor orders with suppliers for inventory that is running low or out of stock to ensure adequate inventory par levels and cost effectiveness
• Coordinate with billing team to accurately bill customers for accessories purchased
• Coordinate with local business units to ensure tracking of stock orders and transfers
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and address any discrepancies
• Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and inventory projections
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise with the warehouse inventory management system
• Develop KPIs to measure the team’s performance
• Identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Work closely with the Implementation Project Managers and Director of Installation to ensure all product is delivered for new customer installations on time
• Provide regular updates on inventory levels to Senior Leadership as needed
