About the role

  • Manage and optimize outbound cadences across Sales, BDR, and Partner teams
  • Implement and refine best practices for multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social)
  • Align cadence strategies with GTM priorities, industries/sub-industries, and target personas
  • Collaborate with Sales Content, copywriters, to ensure messaging is on-brand and personalized
  • Support A/B testing of messaging variations to improve engagement and conversion
  • Maintain a centralized library of approved messaging templates, sequences, and playbooks
  • Track and report on cadence performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions, meetings booked, pipeline influenced)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales strategy, sales operations, or GTM enablement
  • Expertise in multi-channel outreach and outbound engagement strategies
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced GTM organizations
