About the role

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, support performance review cycles and maintain accurate employee records
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits; ensure compliance with HR best practices and local Labor regulations
  • Coordinate closely with Israel HR Team
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to the leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and keep the workspace running smoothly
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
  • Plan team gatherings, offsites, and company events in collaboration with leadership

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen (mandatory, due to the defense industry)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, office management, or people operations
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on execution
  • Organized, proactive, and resourceful — able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and culture
  • Multitasking and comfortable working in a fast -paced, growing environment
