Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, support performance review cycles and maintain accurate employee records
Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits; ensure compliance with HR best practices and local Labor regulations
Coordinate closely with Israel HR Team
Provide HR insights and recommendations to the leadership
Oversee day-to-day office operations and keep the workspace running smoothly
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
Plan team gatherings, offsites, and company events in collaboration with leadership
Requirements
U.S. Citizen (mandatory, due to the defense industry)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related field
2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, office management, or people operations
In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration
Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on execution
Organized, proactive, and resourceful — able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and culture
Multitasking and comfortable working in a fast -paced, growing environment
