Work side by side with recognized industry experts on real-world assignments directly related to field of study
Participate as a Technical Intern on project teams: ask questions, attend planning meetings, complete assignments as tasked by your team
Receive mentoring and coaching; build technical foundation through practice and mentorship
Learn fundamental business processes and procedures; participate in University Recruiting program including cross-functional workshops and meetings with leadership
Summer internships typically 10-12 weeks starting late May/early June, average 40 hours/week; may be considered for full-time position upon graduation
Requirements
Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented
Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance; adjudicative factors may include allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, criminal conduct, illegal drug use
