Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of strategic sales or account management experience
  • Proven ability to manage global accounts and complex negotiations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and pricing tools
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Experience in adhesives, chemical, or manufacturing industries (preferred)
  • Advanced certifications in sales or account management (preferred)
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, German) (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to run technical trials and troubleshoot with R&D and Quality teams
