Lead development and delivery for presales for the Change Leadership practice
Shape and develop offers that solve client needs and align with Microsoft ecosystem updates
Keep up to date with changes in the Microsoft environment to inform offer design
Build and maintain standardized presales content including Budgetary Proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimators, offer decks, and marketing materials
Collaborate with Change Leadership delivery leaders and Account Executives to ensure alignment and expand support beyond Microsoft solutions
Participate in client calls to understand needs, scope engagements, and present Change Leadership components during presales reviews
Develop Budgetary Proposals and SOWs within defined SLAs and facilitate smooth handoffs to delivery teams including assumptions, risks, scope, and client context
Contribute to presales team development through continuous improvement and capture lessons learned to improve estimators, templates, and blueprints
Own presales development items and execute 30-60-90 day plan deliverables
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and results orientation in dynamic environments
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement
5+ years leading large-scale change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes
Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
Copilot/ AI / IT / Microsoft experience
Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages (both written and verbal) to a variety of audiences, from executives to frontline audiences
Organized, strategic, and tactical with strong follow through
Self-starter who learns quickly and works independently
Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Preferred: Big 4 consulting experience preferred
Preferred: Change management certification or designation a plus
