Associate Territory Manager – MedTech

Sales

• Leads and manages activities of all commercial field employees within the region of responsibility. Ensures necessary support is available for commercial sites.
• Identifies commercial accounts that will perform to the highest standards of quality and contribute to the successful adoption of CVRx’s therapy in the marketplace by leveraging data insights.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key site personnel including implanters, referring physicians, and administrators.
• Models adherence to sales management processes and reporting systems usage to ensure disciplined implementation of commercial strategy for assigned area. Ensures team is maintaining an accurate record of devices and programmers at all times in Salesforce.
• Works with commercial field employees to provide technical support for implants and follow-up activities for commercial accounts.
• Participates in targeting and profiling potential customers for CVRx’s devices.
• Presents and discusses CVRx’s devices with leading electrophysiologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, internists, general practitioners, and vascular/cardiothoracic surgeons to ensure their understanding of the therapy.
• Models adherence to sales management processes and reporting systems usage to ensure disciplined implementation of commercial strategy for assigned area. Ensures team maintains an accurate record of devices and programmers at all times in Salesforce.
• Participates/facilitates training programs to ensure that objectives are met.

Area Sales Director – MedTech

Accountant

• Manage Salesforce system for all revenue opportunities, and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Work with sales representatives daily requests.
• Maintenance of contracts and pricing in Salesforce.
• Provide invoices to customers.
• Work with customers to clear dated receivables.
• Manage accounts receivable sub-ledger on routine basis.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, ensuring all revenue, receivables and cash application is posted timely and accurately.
• Prepare month-end journal entries as part of the close process.
• Maintain a sub-ledger for accounts receivable.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and revenue sub-ledger detail to the general ledger.
• Assist with external audit and internal audit requests.
• Various other duties as reasonably determined by the Assistant Controller.

Revenue Recognition Accountant

• Develops and drives strategies, including resource development and deployment to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver on metrics within Territory.
• Demonstrates expert proficiency with regard to Salesforce, Salesforce dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx commercial business applications, with the ability and desire to teach others.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of complex physiological and technical principles pertaining to CVRx technologies and therapies.
• Supports implants and follow-up procedures and visits. Provides troubleshooting and other technical assistance to healthcare providers and CVRx employees.
• Receives technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems.
• Represents CVRx devices in front of leading cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons to ensure their understanding of the clinical therapy.
• Provides on-call clinical support as needed, troubleshooting, including in-service education and training physicians in one-on-one sessions, and delivery of in-service education programs for hospital personnel and staff on technical matters relating to CVRx devices or studies.
• Provides R&D support through customer feedback on product enhancements or new product development ideas.
• Adheres to sales management processes and reporting systems usage to ensure disciplined implementation of commercial strategy for assigned area. Maintains an accurate record of devices and programmers at all times in Salesforce.

Territory Manager – MedTech

• Play a pivotal role combining market development expertise with hands-on technical and clinical support for CVRx technologies
• Develop and drive territory strategies, including resource development and deployment to meet patient implant and revenue goals
• Ensure execution of strategies to deliver on metrics within the territory
• Demonstrate expert proficiency with Salesforce, dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx commercial business applications and coach others
• Maintain a thorough understanding of complex physiological and technical principles pertaining to CVRx technologies and therapies
• Support implants and follow-up procedures and visits; provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to healthcare providers and CVRx employees
• Receive technical inquiries and research solutions to questions or problems
• Represent CVRx devices to cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons to ensure understanding of clinical therapy
• Provide on-call clinical support, in-service education, and training for physicians and hospital personnel

Electrical Engineer

• Support production staff when technical issues arise, perform root-cause analysis on said issues, and implement quality solutions in a timely manner.
• Research, build business case, and implement capital expenditures to improve operational efficiencies in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and recommend new processes and technologies to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Follow established manufacturing techniques and operating equipment specifications, identifying process improvements and resolution to issues where possible.
• Participate in providing technical direction, training, and certification for operators performing detailed process steps to ensure that production assemblers, testers, inspectors, and support staff have necessary skills, appropriate documentation, tooling, and process control capability.
• Participate in the qualification and development of suppliers for components, sub-assemblies, and processes.
• Implement design and development activities related to operations assessment, process development, and product validation.
