About the role

  • Recruit, coach, motivate, and supervise Admissions Advisors and Admissions Managers to meet enrollment goals
  • Build and instill a student-first collaborative team culture
  • Design organizational structure to scale Admissions to 100+ Advisors and create Admissions Manager mentorship programs
  • Oversee lead triage and ensure prospective inquiries are followed across phone, email, web, and live chat
  • Execute term, quarterly, and annual recruitment plans for certificate, associate, and bachelor programs
  • Manage and customize CRM reports to monitor performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Monitor and optimize enrollment funding sources and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Optimize communication processes across phone, email, live chat, SMS, and video appointments using a data-driven approach
  • Ensure CIAT policies, procedures, and compliance standards are executed and upheld
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Student Services, and IT to improve enrollment channels, processes, and data reports
  • Participate in virtual and in-person presentations and events to represent Admissions
  • Provide training, coaching, performance reviews, timekeeping oversight, and professional growth opportunities for team members
  • Embody CIAT mission, vision, values and ensure a safe, ethical work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a higher education management position, leading Admissions teams in growth-oriented culture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Experience recruiting students for both on-campus and online programs
  • In-depth understanding of the technology industry including education and career requirements, technology vendors, certification, and/or credentials requirements
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Computer savvy and technical mindset willing to learn new systems and build automated processes
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and writing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-service-oriented approach to recruiting and retaining students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to support student success
