About the role
- Conduct regular checks to ensure office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas are clean, well-stocked, and functional, addressing any issues promptly
- Assist in planning and executing events, including setup, teardown, and catering coordination
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events
- Support office-related tasks, such as new hire onboarding preparation and setup for visiting employees
- Contribute to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that reflects Crusoe’s values and culture
- Manage internal updates to the office spaces such as furniture, office remodel and interior changes
- Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the workplace experience
- Manage vendors that contribute to employee engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operational roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations, including office supply management and event support
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, prioritization, and multitasking
- Expertise in logistics coordination and maintaining a functional, safe, and well-organized office environment
- Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to enhance the workplace experience and improve operational efficiency
- Passion for creating engaging, top-tier workplace experiences
